Gryphon's Fleming Rasmussen stands beside his
company's new Atlantis loudspeaker, a ShowStopper
and Standout product.

Wilson Benesch president and chief designer
Craig Milnes holds the company's Square
One loudspeaker, which has been garnering quite a bit of praise in Britain. The Square
One is a two-way design that retails for 2200 per pair and features what
Wilson Benesch calls an Assisted Bass Radiator on the cabinets rear. It's a moving
diaphragm that's intended to damp the back wave from the woofer so, internally, the
speaker requires no damping. As well, it allows close placement to the wall, unlike with a
speaker that has a rear-mounted port. We also liked the company's Trinity speaker,
featured as a ShowStopper.

Ascendo's Jürgen Scheuring stands amidst his
ever-expanding loudspeaker line. Really, he is happy about it. He's probably just
devising his next design.

High-end audio and high-performance cars are meeting in the
middle these days. Dynaudio showed a system in this VW Toureg...,

...while this decked-out BMW M5 was equipped with an MB
Quart system.

BMW showed a stock M5, with a premium sound system (the
brand we couldn't discover)...

...and this Jaguar XKR was shown with a B&W sound
system.
