David Wilson is the founder of Wilson Audio
Specialties, one of the best-known speaker makers in all of high-end audio. Here he stands

Hans-Ole Vitus is the founder of Vitus Audio,
an electronics manufacturer from Denmark. At CES 2009, his company showed the new SL-010
preamplifier and SM-010 mono amplifier, which can been seen on the stands on the floor. [www.vitusaudio.com]
Julien Pelchat (left) and Bruno Bouchard are
the founders of Verity Audio, which is located in Quebec City, Canada. They're standing
with their new Finn loudspeakers, which are priced at $5995 per pair. [www.verityaudio.com]
Here we have Vince Bruzzeze, the founder of
Totem Acoustic. At CES 2009, he debuted his Wind Design loudspeaker, which is made
entirely in the company's Montreal, Canada-based facility and retails for $12,500 per
pair.
Albert Von Schweikert is the founder of Von
Schweikert Audio. Here he poses with his company's Unifield 3 loudspeaker, which retails
for $15,000 per pair. SoundStage! Network writer Garrett Hongo is currently reviewing
these speakers for Ultra Audio.
Joe Harley, one of the principals of the Music
Matters reissue program of classic Blue Note recordings, holds his first mono reissue: Gil
Melle's 1956 recording Patterns in Jazz. This 45rpm, two-LP set, along with Sonny
Clark's Cool Struttin', will show up in the mailboxes of the 550+ subscribers to
the Music Matters series next week.
